Shallow Roots plants

I am trying to grow my vertical garden build from plastic bottles, you can watch videos how to make one here and my 4 week progress.

I was researching which plants have shallow roots and grow best in my vertical garden

flowers	herbs	veggies	misc
most annual	mint	kale	strawberry
lavender	rosemary	spinach
petunia	thyme	lettuce
impatient	sage	arugula
zinnia	dill	radish
	chives	leeks
	oregano	garlic
